We would like to apply our whole knowledge for our customers to advise them at best. Hence we keep on informing us about the latest products and technics and forward this knowledge to our customers. The company Folit has over 20 years of experience in foils cutting; that gives our customers security.
We exclusively purchase foils by prestigious brand manufacturers like 3M, Tesa and Flexcon. This warrants the labeling materials of highest and consistent quality, which can be imprinted and processed without any problems. Our wide-ranged foil assortment in stock allows for a short-term cutting and fast delivery. We set great value upon careful packaging of the foils so they arrive at your site in a flawless condition.
On this occasion we do not safe costs, because it pays off. This way we avoid complaints and damaged goods. In case a material is out of stock we do our best to provide it as fast as possible. We process the foils of 1600 mm max width and 700 mm roll diameter on precision cutting machine from roll to roll or from roll to sheet. The cutting of provided external material is also possible.
Even if we have a lot to do, we take time for our customers – we would like to find the best solution for our customers and their requests. Here also economic factors will be regarded to achieve an optimum value-for-money solution. We precisely consider which materials can be taken into account and find the most cost-efficient material with the required features.
Our computer-operated cutting machines produce foil cuts accurately to the millimeter. Here the blades are the most important tools. Our blades will be sharpened regularly and immediately replaced when necessary. Furthermore, the blades will be always kept clean so the rolls will not soil. Cleanliness has the highest priority in the production halls of Folit.
Folit is a small, lean and modern company. This allows for a prompt and uncomplicated order processing even in cases when the customers require something really fast. We will be glad to provide free samples to our customers for testing. Even for unusual requirements we will find the suitable foiling material for our customers due to our good contacts to the manufacturers.
Due to the large assortment of over 200 materials in stock the most foils are available within shortest time. Folit is on market for over 20 years and a 100 percent subsidiary of the label printing company Robos. That is not least why Folit knows the requirements and needs of the labeling branch. Our employees don`t just do their “job“, they do their work with fun and great commitment. At the end of the day they can claim to be proud of their work and to simplify the life of their customers.
We see the fulfilment of current laws and restrictions for environmental protection as a prerequisite and beyond that we continuously strive for ecological improvements. Therefore all employees are personally responsible for the environmental protection within their field of action. To support this, we tutor and inform regularly about acting responsibly.
Our new company site in Kornwestheim fulfills the efficiency house standard 55, which is exceptional for production halls. We reach it with a completely insulated cover including an insulated foundation slab, an efficient and economical underfloor heating as well as a 110 kWp solar collector.
